ULMA Packaging offers customer service and technical support throughout the UK and Ireland. Our subsidiary network assures our customers quick response times and prompt attention.  Every ULMA Packaging office offers local customer service, technical support and spare parts to keep equipment performing like new.

ULMA UK has a dedicated service support team comprising of an office based technical manager and a spares and service co-ordinator.

Immediate telephone support available with specialised technicians for each product line.

We have a number of field based engineers specialising in key parts for the product offer and are geographically located for a quick response.

We also have two contract engineers, one specialising in the stretch wrap and produce markets and the other dedicated to the Scottish markets.

Remote diagnostic capabilities allow our service team to take control of machine and to quickly diagnose failures.

Our service in Ireland is via our agent EM Automation who specialises in thermoforming and flowrapping.
