Automatic Loading
Robot or multiweigher automated product loading.
There are different options available depending on the production level requirements as well as the product to be loaded.
High production speed robots enable individual loading of the products into cavities or trays as well as the feeding belts. The system is able to provide product quality control and only load the products which fulfil the required quality parameters.
Multiweigher loading system enables the loading of a product with a specific weight or number of units previously established. Using a weighing and counting multi-combination system, it offers a product loading with a high accuracy level.
