Metal detectors

These metal detectors provide high sensitivity and stability through the use of DSP circuits. An easy-to-use auto-setting function provides the ideal setting for detecting metal contaminants in dry, wet, and aluminum-evaporated film packaged products.

Stainless covers, waterproof stainless motor and open-frame construction prevents accumulation of dust and scraps, coupled with a dustproof and waterproof design to IP66 compliance as well as conveyor belts that can be sterilised by boiling water assures easy cleaning and compliance with sanitation standards.

The easily removed belt design simplifies cleaning of even the most inaccessible corners.

X-Ray systems

Detection ranges from soft contaminants, such as bones, plastics, etc. to linear contaminants, such as thin wires, etc. High sensitivity and stability combines the numbers of the image process procedure.

This X-ray Inspection System has "shape detection" to reveal mis-shapen or lacked products, "Missing product detection" through mass conversion and "Multi-line detection" to detect products on some lines using a single detector as the standard function.

All models are fully HACCP-compliant which makes cleaning and maintenance easy. Belts, roller and front cover are easily removed and installed for simplified conveyor all-round wash-up (IP66 compliance for conveyor unit). The conveyor has a full-open structure to prevent waste under the conveyor.
