The case erector is a multi-format and automatic equipment that supplies the case packing cells with empty boxes. The format change is configurable and completely automatic, being able to carry out the total number of references required by the client.
The case packing cells have a delta robot and a bag grouping system. The robot uses a vacuum system to manipulate the groups and fit them into the corresponding boxes. The case packing cells are flexible since they allow working with the different customer references and making different casing tiles.
The box closer is also a multi-format and automatic equipment that closes the boxes coming from both case packing cells. The format change is configurable and completely automatic, being able to carry out the total number of references required by the client.
