Complete automated packaging line for sliced meat products.
The line starts with an automatic slicer that counts with a product accumulation buffer to supply the robotic loading cell that consists of two robots that feed the thermoformer.
It is a hygienic design TFS thermoforming machine that once formed the cavities, sliced product is place inside and packages are sealed. These packages are transported towards the exit and align them in a single row.
The line has a metal detector with rejection and automatic labeling for packages.
Packages are case packed into pre-formed carton boxes by a robotized casing cell. Before going on to the next phase, which is palletizing, they are closed with a box closing equipment.
Finally, by mechanical palletizing system, the pallets of boxes containing the packages are formed.
